Shipping FAQ due to COVID19
First all of we would like to express our gratitude for supporting our artisans and us during this unprecedented times.
Like everyone else we are trying to find ways to getting acquainted with this new normal.
As many of you might aware that we are Ahmedabad Based and Gujarat is one of the most affected States across India. From 18th May Gujarat Government has done some ease off after 59 days of Pan India Lockdown so we are putting all necessary measures in place during First Week [19 May - 24 May] so we can start dispatching orders ASAP.
Have you started dispatching or resumed courier services ?
We will start Dispatching Orders from 25th May 2020 with minimum staff adhering to social distancing guidelines so please bear with us if processing time is longer than usual.
Is COD Available ?
Until further Notice COD will not be available as one of the Payment Method. We will update the information as soon as it becomes available.
I have placed the order during lockdown when can I expect my order to be delivered ?
If you have placed orders between 23rd March and 17th May we will start dispatching them from 25th May 2020. Please check your email you have used when placing orders for shipping updates.
If your order was placed using Cash on delivery payment method expect a call from our team member who will provide you details on how you can complete Bank Transfer or PayTM so we can dispatch those Orders ASAP.
I have placed order from Overseas when can I expect my order to be delivered ?
We are still working with our courier partners to be able to provide you with exact details will update you ASAP via email.
