Domestic Orders
- We, at CHHAPA, provide Free Shipping and Free Returns* on all orders above 5000 INR.
- Orders between 1000 to 5000 ₹ will be charged Flat Fee of 149 I₹.
- Order Below 1000 will be charged 300 ₹ Total (shipping + small cart Fee).
- COD charges will be charged Flat Fee of 249 ₹.
- Max Order Value Capped at 10000 ₹
- COD Payment option may not be available during Special Sale Offers.
- We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.
- For all the COD order you will receive confirmation text or call so please make sure you respond to that as soon as possible to avoid any delays in fulfilment.
- Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly send us an email at info@chhapa.in mentioning order ID within 24 hours of placing the order.
International Orders
- We Charge different Shipping Fee, It starts from 1500 INR depending on the region you are ordering from and it will be calculated at checkout.
- We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.
- Any customs or import charges has to be borne by the customer.
- Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly send us an email at info@chhapa.in mentioning order ID within 24 hours of placing the order.
